Refund & Return Policy

At OEMDiags, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality automotive diagnostic software, hardware, and digital services. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:

  • Digital products, including software downloads, activation keys, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • ECU files, coding files, programming files, and custom digital services.
  • Products that have been activated, registered, installed, or used.
  • Custom-built or special-order items.
  • Gift cards.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after reviewing your claim.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital software, activation services, ECU files, programming services, and license keys are final once delivery has been completed.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or before digital delivery begins.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or digitally delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

  1. Warranty
